We strive to keep our high quality and innovative products affordable for organizations in all stages of development. By leveraging the power of cloud computing and utilizing open source software, we are able to keep our products affordable to all companies, both large and small. Coupled with amazing customer service, our website monitoring and load testing services can be used by everyone.

Founded in 2008, BrowserMob introduced its first product in November of that year. Since that time, we have climbed to profitability by helping thousands of happy customers through free trials and exceptional customer service. In July, 2010 BrowserMob was acquired by Neustar Inc. (NYSE: NSR), rounding out a suite of exceptional internet services supported by a dedicated team that will allow BrowserMob to continue to grow long into the future.

Patrick Lightbody, The First Guy

Patrick is an avid open source contributor, proving his passion by founding OpenQA, creating Selenium Remote Control and co-creating Struts 2. Before Patrick founded BrowserMob, he was Senior Product Manager at Gomez, running the QA Solutions Product Group. He joined Gomez in 2007 through an acquisition of his first startup: HostedQA, an automated web testing platform. He has held management and software engineering positions with Jive Software, Spoke Software and Cisco Systems before pursuing his own endeavors. Patrick holds a Computer Science degree from University of California, San Diego.

Ian White, The Second Guy

An engineer with an eye for clean and simple UI, Ian has built intuitive user interfaces for several tech startups including Blip.fm and SideStep (now Kayak). His background as a web developer and graphic designer fuels his passion to create quality, groundbreaking technology that efficiently utilizes the cloud and solves common, yet complicated problems to improve user experience. Ian earned a degree in Philosophy from UCLA and spends his time away from the computer pondering the universe and getting lost in amazement over double complete rainbows in Yosemite.
