What Are Cloud Dollars?

Cloud dollars are a currency you keep a balance of inside of BrowserMob. They represent the raw costs, with no markup, of using our load testing service in the cloud. For example:

• A 100 browser test for one hour costs 15 cloud dollars
• A 100 virtual user for one hour costs 1.5 cloud dollars

Whether you're using the free plan (in which we waive all access fees), or a premium plan, you must cover these raw costs in the cloud with cloud dollars. Premium plans come with enough cloud dollars for most projects, but you can always purchase more at any time.

Basic vs. Premium Support

BrowserMob prides itself on having the best support in the industry. Our basic level of support includes phone consultations, general advice and feedback on your load testing plans, and post-test analysis of the results.

Our premium users enjoy the added benefit of hands-on assistance with writing load test scripts and in-depth pre- and post-test analysis. They also get priority access to our support staff and faster guaranteed response times.

Week vs. Month vs. Year

Each plan can be purchased on a weekly, monthly, or yearly basis. The time period does not start until you run your first test outside the free plan (25 browsers or 100 virtual users) and ends 7, 31, or 365 days later. This means you can purchase ahead of time without worrying that you have to start testing right away.

We also give you the option to upgrade plans at any time. Want to extend your week in to a month? Half way through your month when you realized that you need the Advanced plan instead of the Basic plan? No problem, just contact our sales team and they can walk you through how you can pay the difference between the plans to upgrade.
